David Provan Testimonial.

Davie Provan was signed by Billy McNeill from Kilmarnock for a Scottish record fee of £120,000 on 18 September 1978. He went on to win 4 League titles, 2 Scottish Cups and one League Cup with Celtic in seven seasons. He was the Scottish Professional Football Association's Player of the year for 1979/80, won 10 caps for Scotland and was a member of the 1982 World Cup squad in Spain.
